For Unopened Products
Your Unopened purchase is eligible for a full refund issued to your original payment method when returned in it’s unopened original packaging within the 30-day return window. No Credit or refund will be issued for originating or return shipping.
For Opened Products
Your Opened purchase is eligible for a full refund by store credit when returned with it’s original packaging within the 30-day return window. No Credit or refund will be issued for originating or return shipping.
How to Return an Item
- Send us your order number, product name(s), reason for the return, and whether the product(s) have been
opened to support@amyspups.com - We will confirm your order is eligible for a return issue a return authorization within 1-2 business days.
Processing Timeline
- Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt
- Refunds appear on your statement within 3-5 business days after processing
- Store credit is issued immediately upon return of approval

Quality Concerns
If you receive dog treats that don’t meet our quality standards:

Exceptions
Dog treats are not eligible for return if:
- The package has been damaged or tampered with
- Items were marked as final sale
- Products are past the 30-day return window
- Treats have been completely consumed
