Q1. What makes Amy's Pups treats different?

Our treats are made with single or limited ingredients, containing no artificial flavors, byproducts, chemicals, or fillers. Each product carefully selected to ensure it meets our strict standards for quality and pet health.

Most of our treats are suitable for puppies over 6 months old. However, we recommend consulting with your veterinarian about specific treats for your puppy, as nutritional needs can vary based on breed and size.

Store treats in a cool, dry place in their original sealed packaging or an airtight container. Proper storage helps maintain freshness throughout the 18+ month shelf life. Please check the package for specific storage instructions and best-by dates.

Ordering & Shipping

Q1. How long will it take to receive my order?

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. however, we are not able to control shipping time once packaging has been sent. 

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $40.00.

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Q1. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Unopened products can be returned for a full refund, while opened products may be eligible for store credit. Please see our full return policy for details.

If your dog doesn’t enjoy our treats, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We can help recommend an alternative or process a return.

We offer both grain-free and grain-inclusive options. Each product listing specifies whether the treat is grain-free.

Our treats have a shelf life of 18 months or longer when properly stored. Each package includes a specific expiration date. For optimal freshness after opening, we recommend storing treats in its original package or in an airtight container.
